The John Taylor Pipers of the WHSFL are looking for a new Head Coach. The Pipers Football program is entering their 4th year and have an exciting young core of players returning to the program. We are looking for a Head Coach who not only wants to teach young athletes how to become better football players, but also how to be better people. Learning life lessons through sports, while being competitive and pushing themselves and others to achieve their goals as individuals and as a part of a winning team.
The selected applicant would be responsible for all on field areas of the football program. Including but not limited to:
- Team selection
- Implementation of Playbook
- Planning and Implementation of Practices and Drills
- Film Study and Game Strategy
- In game Decisions
The Pipers Football Program has a strong administrative team that handles all equipment, fundraising, finance, transportation, paper work, parent interactions and all other behind the scenes aspects of running a football program. This allows the Head Coach to focus solely on coaching football and investing their time and effort into improving our athletes.
